You may only use the following Bitnou and BitnouSwap "Brand Assets" in accordance with the guidelines outlined below since they are protected by copyright:
The Bitnou wordmark, logo, images, and icons.
The names Bitnou and BitnouSwap
Bitnou and BitnouSwap 2d, 3d models, graphics and other visual assets.
Permissible use:
Use the BitnouSwap brand assets for the following purposes:
Mentioning our goods and services
Linking to our official site or products, such as "Trade our token on BitnouSwap"
Announcing a formal, genuine collaboration, but only if the BitnouSwap team has granted you full authorization.

Non permissible use:
Although we firmly believe in and adhere to the open source concept, safeguarding the BitnouSwap brand is crucial for the security of our viewers, visitors, users and readers so they can tell what is a legitimate product or recommendation versus what is not.
Listed below are a few instances of improper misuse of our brand assets:
Use of our brand assets in your products' names, logos, NFTs, etc. is not permitted.
Never incorporate the BitnouSwap or Bitnou logo entirely or partially into the logos for your products, your website, your marketing materials, or anything else.
Never utilize our brand assets to make physical or digital goods that can be sold, such as but not limited to Merchandise ("Swag"), Accessories, NFTs, or other Various products.
Never use derivative or modified names that suggest formal approved endorsement.
Never establish a social media page, group, blog, or site called "BitnouSwap France," or "BitnouSwap "YOUR RGEGION" for instance, as this sounds official. French "PancakeSwap Fans" might be accepted.
Do not alter or modify any of our brand assets.
Utilize our logos and other materials in their exact shape, form and/or wording.
Do not alter Bitnou and BitnouSwap assets in any way, including by reassembling, shortening, or changing the colors.
